Welcome to Adventure Camp / Camp Challenge

Adventure Camp and Camp Challenge are not-for-profit summer camps for the children and teens of the families who are clients of the Nova Scotia Department of Community Services (DCS) as well as other community non-profit groups such as the Boys & Girls Clubs and Big Brothers and Big Sisters. In most cases there will be no or minimal cost for your child or teen to attend these summer camps. Parents and Guardians can contact their DCS Case Worker or their local communty non-profit organization and let let them know that they would like their child or teen to go to our Camp and to see if they can assist them with the registration. OR Parents and Guardians can also contact the Camp staff at any time if they have questions or to inquire about openings and registration.
